We strive to get every order exactly right every time. We walk you through the measuring process, we employ talented and highly experienced tailors and shirtmakers, and we make your clothes in a state-of-the-art factory. Lastly the folks who check your clothing for accuracy at the final inspection are sticklers for every detail. But let’s face it, sometimes with custom clothing, things don’t turn out exactly as planned. When that happens, we’ve got your back!
Keep in mind that there is no such thing as a perfect fit when you’re talking about clothing, and anybody who guarantees a perfect fit hasn’t been doing it very long. Bodies change constantly…. gain a little here, lose a little there…. so the fit can change from week to week. With trimmer fitting clothing and shirts, a small change in body size shows up more than with a more traditional fit.
And fit is subjective. Some people want to feel their clothes, and some want plenty of room. So how should clothes fit? Well, they should fit you the way you like. That is our goal.
The other thing to remember is that cotton shirts shrink the first 4 times they are laundered. But we know how to predict how much they’ll shrink, and we allow for that. The measurements you provide are what to expect after shrinkage.
If your first order isn’t exactly the way you want it, you have a few options. We will either subsidize the cost of having it tailored locally, or we will remake it, or we will refund your money. All we ask is that you be fair, and we will too.
